Stuck, found a bug, or a move isn't counting right? Email us and a real person will reply, usually within a day.
Quick fixes
- Reps aren't counting. Put the phone on the floor about 2 m away, side-on for most moves, and make sure your whole body is in frame. Good light helps. The dot turns green when DailyLock can see you.
- Apps didn't lock. Open DailyLock. If anything needs your attention, the home screen tells you what to fix.
- I need a day off. On the home screen, tap "Can't work out today?". Pro includes a rest day each month; anyone can use an emergency unlock at the price they set.
- Restore Pro on a new phone. Settings › DailyLock Pro › Restore.
- Cancel a subscription. iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › DailyLock Pro. Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Refunds. Purchases go through Apple or Google. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
Privacy
DailyLock doesn't collect any data. The camera is processed on your phone and never saved. Read the privacy policy.
